Where do you ship? We ship to all addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
What are your shipping options and costs? We offer the following shipping methods within the US:

- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on qualifying orders)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders. The free shipping option will appear automatically in your cart when eligible.
What is your return & exchange policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. Please contact us at support@itecengg.com with your order number to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Are the bags true to size / capacity? Yes. Each product page includes detailed dimensions, capacity, and features (such as laptop sleeve, pockets, etc.). We recommend checking the measurements before purchasing.
Is my order packaged discreetly? Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, secure packaging to protect your privacy.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
